Um… every type hand talks, but I’m not sure I could say which does it the most.
I think there’s a lot of things at play, there, and I don’t think the main factors are mbti related. For example:
Cultural element (are you an Italian hand-talker, or are you culturally more still/have more physical space boundaries).
Situational (are you excited or otherwise emotionally charged. Note that some people hand-talk more when calm, others when nervous, and it changes again if you are nervous around friends or around strangers).
Upbringing/training (have you changed your gesturing because you have been taught to do so – politicians or actors for example, but generally just anyone having to be aware of how you are being perceived).
There are some hand related things that are mbti-oriented, though. Extraverts are more likely to use both hands at once, while introverts are more likely to use one. Js tend to beat a steady rhythm with their hands where Ps are more likely to flow with their thoughts.
Most unconscious actions that tense muscles in a specific way will share some consistency across type. When or how much they occur is a lot harder to pin to mbti type.
