Aurora Aksnes – must be INFP. Right?

1. Find people who are basically the stereotype of their type and/or
people I know who I’m pretty sure about (these have sometimes been
wrong, which I end up fixing in step four).
2. Match other people to these people.
3. Find people who do not match and either wait to find someone who does match or make a tentative jump, based on type dichotomies (e.g. are you most likely to be a P or J?) and going with my gut feeling.
4. Re-evaluate when it becomes clear that a person/persons are not fitting the categories I’ve assigned them to.
5. Repeat 1-4.
Um… I think that every type has different things they consider “not for public consumption.” Usually it’s got to do with your dominant introverted function.
In the case of ENFJs, I would say that their
secrets are less about keeping things secret and more having a very
firm sense of boundaries and of who needs to know what. People who you
work with don’t need to know about your nerd life. I think that if you
are a person who is constantly synthesizing potentially invasive
information about other people (NFJs in particular), you learn to keep
your mouth shut to avoid causing upset and you might also learn not to
put a lot of yourself into the open so that you are not stepping on
anyone else’s boundaries either.
I don’t know about the ESFJs, but I’ve seen a couple of ISFJ boys who were slightly embarrassed to admit to collecting baseball cards which seems maybe a little old-fashioned, but… not that weird? I think ISFJs, in general, like collecting information, and greatly dislike that you have theirs unless they specifically share it under the understanding that you will not share it with anyone else.
Very sure!
For the record, Jared Kushner was always typed as an INFJ, and Freddie slipped past me because the accent always trips me up. Kind of a once seen, can’t be unseen situation, though.
Welcome!
I’m very sure about RFK.
I don’t have anyone that maps perfectly onto Jimmy Carter, but I don’t actually see him as another type.

It’s ok – I slipped and did a thing, and now I have a wordpress.
That’s mbti-sorted.home.blog.
It
has a functioning search bar!!! I’ve also enabled anon commenting on
posts so you can discuss amongst yourselves. I would appreciate if all
the asks still come in through tumblr, though. It’s easier to manage if
they’re in one place, and I can’t enable anon asks, anyway.
Unfortunately, I’ve got some issues with tags/categories yet and I’m not too sure how updating or crossposting will go, so it’s already a little out of date.
