I’ve been going through and watching videos of people in that tag, and the number of them that mention majoring in history, or wanting to teach history, seems disproportionately – like crazy disproportionately – high. Could this be a hive-mind thing?

My sense is that ENTJs are into education, period.  Their own and other people’s.  ENTJs can be found in pretty much every avenue of academia there is.

I don’t think my cross-section of the ENTJ population gives an accurate represenation of the ENTJs out there, only the more visible ones.  I think a lot of people in the tag are politicians and writers (maybe a bunch of actors), which is all arts related jobs where history is very and immediately applicable.  The fashion designer also takes a historical/research approach.

Did you also find, though, that the science/tech ENTJs were talking about history?  (I don’t honestly remember, and am curious.)
